Stable Mirrors and Trailer Mirrors

What are everyone's thoughts on stable mirrors and trailer mirrors?
My horse can be stressy in the stable but having just returned from a weekend away with her, I found her to be much happier when stabled in an American barn type set up where all the horses can see each other though bars. Am thinking a stable mirror would calm her at home as she's in a brick build stable and cannot see others unless she puts her head over the door to look for them.

So, does anyone use a stable mirror? Does it help?
Same for trailer mirrors - she's happier travelling with company but when that's not possible, would a mirror help?

I've got a stable mirror and a trailer mirror. Stable mirror works wonders, I'm not convinced about the trailer mirror but for a few pounds it's worth a try and will stay. It certainly doesn't make matters worse.
