Stable mirrors

I got mine from www.stable-mirrors.com They're not made from glass, arrived quickly and was easy to put up. You will have to buy the screw fittings though - or at least I had to.

I got a stable mirror to keep my mare company when I took my other horse out riding, which worked well for a time, but after a while I think she realised her new friend wasn't real and she now ignores it. My friends horse loves his though, the mirror is covered in slobber every morning!

Are they horseproof and safe? I would say they are, but there is always the exception that proves the rule but I haven't heard any negative reports.

I bought a huge one for stable and smaller one for trailer years back off ebay, not glass or heavy & not expensive! We put the stable one on a wooden board to make more rigid. Both work brilliantly. U can buy fairly cheaply so don't get ripped off!
