I've had my PRE gelding for three months now and he still hasn't got a stable name. His registered name is Ingrato 2 and the only thing it's been shortened to is Ingrato (said with bad Spanish accent). It's a bit of a mouthful so he really needs a stable name. And as it's his seventh birthday tomorrow what better present for him than a name? What can everyone suggest?

Character wise he's very brave, very bright and sensitive but level headed. He loves his food, loves hacking out (where he's afraid of nothing) and loves human beings! He's a very snuffly horse and I've never once seen him with his ears back yet.

Here's a couple of piccies to help:

WOW - how lucky are you, he is simply beautiful.... Don't think any name would do such a gorgeous boy justicel - let us know what you decide.

The bay andy stallion we had at the yard was called Dennis

there's also a Martin - so go for something really every day like.

I think he's stunning!
That said with a name like his it would have to be Rattie (as in Wind in the Willows, on in a minute!) or Ratto to bring him down to earth! In our house, that type of name would just 'stick' I'm afraid!!

Wow, how gorgeous is he! I have known 2 mares called Indy, but a nice name though. After watching Clash of the Titans - what about Appollo or Zeus or something along those lines.

Suggested Toto as he's got to at the end of his name and in the two of the second bit - if you see where I'm coming from. Can't help but think I know a lot of Indys and this fella needs something a bit different. Without changing his name -much! Just in case you are superstitious
