stable yard\grazing

hi all
i'm looking for stable yard\grazing for my ponys in chatham, rochester, rainham, upchurch, aylesford, bredhurst, boxley, hartlip them sort of areas don't mind tidying up and repairing fencing etc. ideally min 5 + stables,water,electric but anything considered in or around the medway\kent area budget up to £500 a month or a little more for the right place
would be well looked after , i've tryed all local tack shops,internet ads ,searched for derelict livery yards but just keep drawing blanks so thought i'd see if anyone on here could help?
if anyone knows of anything please let me know

when i lived that way there was a place on yaugher lane, yelsted that he was trying to rent out.he also sold organic hay and had a cottage to rent there.might be worth a drive by to see if still there or empty.
 
Good luck, everyone seems to be searching for their own land at the moment. If u are on facebook add 'kent equestrain grapevine' and 'kent horseystuff' put an ad on their as it's local someone mite know something! Good luck ：）

yes its does seem like everyones looking at the mo,yes i'm on both of them thanks for your suggestions hopefully something will come :confused: lol
