Stables advertised on FB - are these scams of some sort?

I want to put up a couple of extra wooden stables and there are ads on FB like this one https://www.facebook.com/marketplac...wse_serp:03b662bf-97b1-4df6-be5b-7ad9616a1cb9 - perfectly normal looking stables at a good price. I've messaged this seller a couple of times and they haven't got back to me. There's another seller that has similar adverts who did get back to me but went a bit odd when I asked if I could go and look at stables that they had supplied. The prices are substantially lower than stables advertised on company websites. Is this a scam and if so how would it work? Or are the lower prices just because there are fewer overheads or something??

Shed Centre and Fencing in Glenrothes has a FB page, which is where he says he works. Can you contact them to check?

Thanks, yes, I hadn't spotted that. I can see how a scam would work if they took money and then didn't supply but not replying to initial contact messages is a bit different!

What are the prices?
Check what’s included. When I got a really cheap price for wooden stables they didn’t include kick boards, top doors, full inner partitions, the included price had lower quality wood and hardware.
By the time I’d added all the perfectly normal bits that I’d expected on they were no longer cheap.

This exactly, by the time I added kick bolts and decent top bolts and all of these mention above, no longer cheap!
