Im possibly looking to move my two SJ mares to a new yard. Its a very hard decision but i think its time i made the move! Im not bothered about being on an actual livery yard as i dont need any assistance as i have a freind that does them in the mornings for me and i do them and ride at night. Im looking for somewhere which will have all year grazing (daytime only) obviously when the weather is really bad i wont put them out, must have a decent menage and some jumps. I am very tidy and friendly and dont mind helping out. I would prefer a private yard or small livery yard. Must be friendly. If anyone has a couple of stables spare or knows anywhere please let me know. The problem i have is i live out the back of Oswestry towards llansilin, so cant be ellesmere way. Thanks :D

You dont have space do you :D thanks for the links, the welshpool one is prob a bit far and only has small indoor and the other is perfect but i spoke to them last night and they are full :(

I can't help as I am miles from you. What a shame. I am so pleased I do not and have not had to cope with yard politics. It sounds awful. Sounds very much like an all female office set up. The whole thought of that terrifies me. (I am female!). I suppose the only thing you can do is keep looking. Not much help I know. Can you speak to any pro's in your area who might like some extra cash by letting you keep your two on their yard? I'll keep quite about the skids!!!!

Thanks, its so frustrating, i was first on the yard when it was empty and i also compete a horse for the owner who i have done fab on and got to Grade A (BS) so by leaving i will give her up also, but after my best efforts it seems that because im not childish enough and dont go running to the owner and bitch with others im the one who ends up getting all of the hassle. I also help out loads at the yard for free as well as keeping 3 horses comp fit and running my own business! Just an examle, my horses were moved by this said person from their field yesterday, because she cannot be bothered to walk 50yards further, and put in to a field with no water all day! Not happy, yet when i say im not happy i get told to stop moaning! I wouldnt mind but she wasnt supposed to be touching my horses :( Its hard where i live as im so remote and as much as i could find some land and stables, i need a school because im competing and my two are young :/ so i will keep looking
