Has anyone any recommendations as I am struggling to find very many in Devon. I want to price up how much it would cost for say 2 stables, a tack room, feed room and field shelter with delivery and fit.

I've looked in Horse and Hound and found quite a few but not in Devon and the Yellow Pages is not much use.

Peter green in Okehampton, very good! traditional wooden stables of good quality at good prices compared to those advertised in H+H! West country stabling - won't touch!!

not sure, maybe try and contact henry horn (hope you dont mind hh!

I have both Wiegersmas - West of England stabling and the Peter Green ones. I have to say the West of England stables are fantastic quality, the price is great and the service is superb. I ordered my 6 stables and a tack room in November - they were delivered and installed 2 weeks later and it took only 2 days to erect. fantastic service.
My Peter Green stables are Ok - well made and have been here for about 10 years and still look good. Peter has made other things for me such as replacement doors, tack room doors and the service is great and the quality is good. Pm me if you want peters or West of Englands numbers or if you want to come over and see both. (Peter is just round the corner from me so you could see him at the same time

I second the Wiegersmas, just had three stables built. Fantastic service, very quick and the most competitive price. the quaility is great as well.

I second the West Country Stabling as being tough as old boots and their metalwork was really good quality. the only reason I didn't use them was I didn't like the look of the timber they used, and went for plastic, but for strength and value for money they were the best.
I viewed stables in Cornwall (engineer husband dismissed the metalwork as poor)
and I think Mole Valley or Mole Avon also offer stabling.
We went for IAE (you're very welcome to come and see them, another forum member is actually doing that today at some point!) and couldn't be happier.
To source stabling to view I looked in Mole Valley's magazine, Western Morning News and H and H.
