Stafford county Show

Inky and i have spent a few days at the Stafford County Show.

We showed today and did our first HOYS qualifers. I was thrilled to be pulled in first but after our individual show was moved down to second so we missed our ticket and was pipped at the post for HOYS

We also did the turnout class and was first then Reserve Champion in the Non HOYS BMHS classes.

However im very pleased with our results and not bad for our first HOYS attempt

Very well done indeed! Sometimes 2nd is the worst place to be - nearly but not quite! I prefer to be 3rd if I can't win! 2nd after being pulled first is most definitely worse. On the plus side at least you know you definitely stand a very, very good chance of qualifying this year!
