Do I have any chance of finding a rural property for under£450k land not required but quiet non estate location is. No busy roads. Appreciate any house hunters out there happy to look what I could afford. Ideall three bed detached up together and utility room. Thanks.

It’s in the Peak Park and in a Conservation Area - planning restrictions will be tight, rightly so (IMO) it’s a lovely area
