No not much... I found it difficult to find out information about the horse but was very interested as the horse I saw a few years ago had a real affect on me (he was called Troy
)
End House Stud have a stallion by him (Heatley Avalon)... I am sure Atlantus was BWB though so might be worth contacting them
Well if it is definitely AtlantUs, then there should be loads of info to find aobut him! He was imported from Denmark and was a foundation sire of the British Warmblood. He has been acknowledged as being one of the 3 most important WB sires in early British WB breeding - along with Dutch Courage, Demonstrator and Baron B. His stock can be quirky, but are mostly exceptionally talented - just takes a horseman to get along with them IMO!
Atlantus was origionally imported to breed dressage horses but he proved popular with show jumpers. He has thrown a lot of grade A SJs, dressage horses and advanced eventers. I have an advanced event/ grade B sj by him who is extremely talented. However if they get into thw wrong hands, like any horse with 'a bit about them' they may get the upper hand
If youd like any infomation on him my godmother use to own him she had him put down not so long ago, No there is not any semen left but we have a lot of stock by him if you want to try and get the lines. My mum is also on the British Warmblood Society if you want to know any more
