Your going to laugh at me... But I'm having so many problems with my little shetland

I took him on as a colt, and had him gelded. My vet said give it two weeks to a month before I put him in with my mare. I gave it just over a month and then put him in with Starla. All seemed fine and there were no problems. Ive recently moved yards and its like he has completely transformed...
He mounted Starla yesterday (and reached) and now wont leave her alone. She has come hurtleing into season which isnt helping. He's also being very agressive towards the other gelding there, throwing himself at the fence and trying to get through it to attack him...
What should I do? I really dont know what to do to stop this situation before he gets any worse. I know he's only tiny and this probably seems stupid but I'm worried without the right handleing etc he is going to become a very nasty little pony.
Also, should he be mounting mares etc after being gelded? I dont think i'll cope if Starla has another foal

EDA - Sorry, Spelling...

Although the mounting is not ideal lol my 4yr old Welsh A still mounts (geldings!?!?!) in the field when he feels like it!
Although he has never been aggressive towards other horses
Harry on the other hand my 17yr old gelding can be very aggressive against new horses as he is very dominant and pretects his 'herd' And will fly at fencing at new horses

A month is not long to be honest after gelding. Sometimes it takes a while for their hormones to settle afterwards.

Be strict with him, when handling. Often people let the tiny ones away with things they wouldn't tolerate from a large horse.

With regards to his behaviour towards other horses, speak to your vet, if his hormones are still raging they might suggest you try a supplement first, or failing that, give you some regumate to calm him down until he's over it!!
