Stallion called Orchard Glasnost?

I have a 15hh Connemara x TB mare (she is a very good SHP type) and was thinking of breeding a foal. I really like the small stallion Orchard Glasnost, but wondered if you think the combination is likely to produce a nice foal? Does anyone have any foals by him and if so can you tell me if you are pleased with them, their temperment/conformation etc.
