Stallion choices

Have you looked at End House Stud? They have a stunning WB there called Heatley Avalon who my friend bred her TB to and has produced an absolutely stunning filly who is now two years of age.

They also have a gorgeous WB via AI called Broadstone Dramatik who is now over in Australia or somewhere competing. He is one of the ones on my short list when I was breeding from Hannah as she went to End House for her AI.

And they also have Johanna's Crown Derby (it's related to Grace as its sire is her Grandsire

) which is a nice looking horse too...

Just some food for thought

I can't remember what it you are looking to breed. The end result from a fresian & a warmblood are going to be pretty different....
She is a lovely mare, just about perfect for me. I would personally stick to a good moving, compact/uphill TB. I think there are fewer and fewer good hunter type horses around, it's well nigh impossible to find a quality horse which isn't pb warmblood, and that there will be a real demand for a proper old fashioned hunter type in a few years.
There are some lovely TBs (up north), don't know how far you are from York, but Classic is lovely - you would have a stunning foal.

If you are set of a wb, then there is a fantastic grey horse which was in Lancashire don't know if he's now gone abroad, called Winner. He woudl also really suit yr horse.

Hi Luckilotti, just found this thread and thought I might try and resolve the confusion!!

I own Sambertino, who has just arrived back in the UK from Germany for this covering season.

He is standing at Tullis Matson's in Shropshire. Mares can be inseminated there or semen can be shipped out to an AI centre of your choice.

I dont know of this 3 year old coloured stallion - it is possible that he is by Rambertino, ( Sambertino/ Marit/ Walser) who was born in Holland in 1998 and is an unlicensed son of Sambertino standing in the UK.

We also have a 3 year old Sambertino /Brentano II coloured stallion, Samaii, who was licensed ZfDP as a Premium Stallion in Germany last weekend - one of only 2 stallions at the licensing to be awarded Premium Status.!!

His mother is an Elite Hanoverian mare, who is also the dam of Santano, by Sandro Hit, owned by Katrina Cantrell Bennet.
He was the Reserve Champion stallion at the 2006 BWBS stallion licensing

Samaii will be staying in Germany for competition and Performance testing, but will be available by shipped chilled semen in the UK this year.

Before he went to Germany he was shown in the UK as a yearling, with the name of Zamurai and had excellent results, with a First Premium and winner of the Yearling colts at Baileys Futurity, 2nd warmblood yearling at the Royal show and 2nd Yearling Colt at the BD Breeding Championships.

Here are some recent photos of him
