Stallion Info - Good Apple

Hi, im new on here but really hoping someone can help me! I am trying to trace my horses pedigree which i have done apart from finding information about her Grand Sire he was a very good (apparently!) jumping Stallion called Good Apple. Thats all i know, i have contacted BSJA but their records only go back about 30 years fully and i am guessing he would of been born approx 1960 - 1970. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <font color="purple"> </font>

Yes, well known eventing sire. I think he sired Briarlands Pippin, amongst others - he was the horse who sadly had to be put down at Badminton a long time ago after falling at the water. WFP horse, I think. Didn't he sire one of Ginny's too?

Any further information anyone else has is greatly appreciated, im just very nosy and like to find out my horses history!

Hi, I used to look after good apple,he stood at Rodimoor farm ( not stud) owned by Vic Bradshaw , his daughter and granddaughter still run the yard if you want to get in touch Rodimoor farm, great horwood road , Winslow, Bucks
