I would have loved to have seen Cash Point shame he does not seem to be attending this one. But this is a good line up & cant wait to see some of these guys for the first time in the flesh.

Sorry we can't make it this weekend (long term plans with OH!) - but it looks like it will be a fab time for all.

And a HUGE well done to the those that organised the event! Some fab stallions and items in the Silent Auction (what a great idea!!)

Have just been talking to the owner of one of the stallons who we particularly want to see at SSGB and been invited to come and see him and another of their boys in the stables - for a cuddle, as their temperaments are so fantastic, apparently! They are travelling quite a distance to come to the SSGB, and are obviously really excited about the opportunity to show them off again after Hartpury. Can't wait for the weekend!!

I only catch up on occasions with what is online for this Showcase and the auction and after an interval I am truly humbled now by the length of the list of donations for the Silent Auction and the quality of those donations. What I also very much like is that as I will be attending on the days I will be able to asses many of the stallions on the list and look at their suitability for my programme of breeding. There are many names on the list that interest me and in particular I am looking forward to seeing Katy Holder-Vales stallion Flammengold by Florestan as he is striking from his performance and his photos and I have a great deal of enthusiasm for Florestan offspring

Before we set off for Addington tomorrow from our B&B just down the road, just want to wish everyone a great time, enjoy all those gorgeous stallions; (we've already had a preview, including a delicious Golden One! ), and be lucky in the silent auction (as long as you're not bidding for the lot that I want!!)

Yea, just a few hours to go, just got the horses to do then hopefully leaving yard at 9 plenty of time to get a cup of tea before stable visit.

Well im coming as part of team archie, so stable 77! But also my girl who is in foal to him is the stunning chestnut mare pictured on the Nobilis Photography stand, so really mummy to be will be there in spirit too!
