Stallion suggestions with eventing in mind

Hello,
Considering an ET for this older 15.3 mare (19). SF x ISH with very old slightly uncommon showjumping bloodlines (Sire De Valette x Copacabana B).
To breed an event horse, she has a scopey, pingy jump, slightly downhill although this looks more pronounced in photo, slightly long in the back. Very clever especially on xc (hoping to maintain this) but can be hot.

Proven up to 1.20 sj and 1.10 eventing

Would like to (if possible) improve her gallop and breed a slightly lighter animal. She’s technically 53% thoroughbred but she’s built much more like an old style warmblood.

Suggestions please? Ideally closer to Ireland would be better but not opposed to importing. Thanks!

Nice mare!

Some reasonably good blood warmblood sires on my long list for future:
Herald III
Amiro Z
Je T’aime Flamenco
Duplexx

If you can stomach dealing with KR then both LePrince and Grafenstolz

Mimi Falb is breeding some nice bloodlines incl full TB and those are also very accessible in Ireland, take a look at her FB page. Most unproven at the moment but could be worth a punt. I viewed the Diamant one and he would be too heavy for what you want.

Left field - I have an Il Divo xx, completely non commercial but was put on a very good event mare who was small, spunky and very warmbloody. He has really refined, she is uphill, compact and super temp and gallop. A little weak in hindquarters.

Ive heard that Grafenstolz offspring can be difficult to manage although I know that their performance speaks for itself - what do you mean by KR?

Hi Ansiei is available and he would be ideal as he’s a full TB has youngstock at advanced level and they have competed to 4* in eventing and doing very well in the futurity and showing classes. He’s also approved Sport horse Ireland, SHB(GB) and Selle Francais. He’s very nice. Contact west Kington Stud for more details.

Another option is the Elite Approved Spring’s Spirit. At 75% blood + he is very nice and also has youngstock are also advanced, longlisted for the Paris Olympics and doing well in showing.

Both stallions have an exceptional strike rate with a small number of coverings, yet very excellent performance.

Good luck in your search.
