stallions in North West/cumbria SW scotland, for stallion parade ?

Hi, a friend of mine (who is in hospital) has asked me to compile a list of people with stallions who may be interested in attending a stallion parade in cumbria early next year (no set date but probably february), any breed or type.

suggestions please- if you name 'em we can contact them and ask, or if you have a stallion please express interest.
