We're running a clinical trial this week of a new sperm analysis machine, and we're looking for volunteer stallions!
The machine we're working with is likely to be the most advanced and objectively accurate method of sperm analysis and fertility prediction available in the world, and it would be great to get semen from a wide variety of stallions.
To help in this trial, either:
1) You are available to bring your stallion to our site A near Aylesbury (Thursday 24 June 2008), or our site B near Gloucester (Friday 25 June 2008), for a walk-in semen collection. Any stallions brought to either site should be dummy or ground-trained, and should be certified negative for CEM, (EIA), and EVA.
2) You can ship us semen in an Equitainer or disposable box, providing the following details: your name & address, stallion's name & age, initial concentration (in millions of sperm per ml), how the concentration was measured, initial motility (%) what extender you used, and how you have diluted the original raw semen (egs 3:1, 5:1, or "3ml raw semen, 15ml extender").
3) You can provide us with 4-5 straws of frozen semen for analysis, sent using a Gyrotainer or similar.
All those who help us will receive a detailed report of the fertility readings given by the analyser, and possible suggestions for improving fertility (if anything comes to light from our analysis).
There is no charge for this trial, and all containers will be returned as quickly as possible. Owners of walk-in stallion candidates please ring or email me asap (details on the website - linked on my profile page). If you wish to send a chilled shipment please send contact me for details of times and dates (preferably to be sent tomorrow (Wed) for a Thursday delivery).

P.S - Admin, this trial is not-for-profit, and is clinical research. I just thought it would be nice to offer HHO'ers the opportunity to get a free detailed analysis done of their stallion's semen. Hopefully the post doesn't contravene any rules, and you won't have to delete it!
