All too often in H and H horsbox sellers are shown as being fraudsters and fly by night sort of people who are just out to steal your money. I sold a horsebox last year which was too small for me. A potential buyer saw it after it was sold and liked it, so I arranged for her to buy another one from the same seller. This horsebox never ever belonged to me. The new owner was not happy with.it. She refused a full refund and went ahead an issued proceedings against ME!!. So far this has cost me £10k to defend (and issue proceedings against the builder). I have lost my business and very nearly my home and there is no prospect of this matter being concluded at least in the next year (this is its second year). It was a decent straightforward lorry, offering good value for money and the person who bought it has full details of the person who built it because she has a wont to do so, she can ruin me. Ill never ever try to help someone again - and I have greatest sympathy for those horsebox builders and sellers who are decent and honest and just trying to earn a living. The horsebox buying public can be extremely difficult - to say the least.
