She seems to be leaking a little bit.

She has been spayed and is a 3 1/2 yo German Pointer.

Trip to vets?
 
As suggested could be a urine infection or could be the start of incontinence (you can get meds for this) when u make your appointment for her take her first pee of the day sample along

Oh god I'm really worried now, what if she is incontinent?? Do the meds cost a lot of money because I'm thinking she'll have to be in them for life?
 
Not necessarily, Meg was incontinent for a while (although she is a lot older), she was on propalin for a couple of months and has been pretty good ever since, not very expensive either... I think it just sort of helps tighten things back up, I don't need to give it to her anymore.... now the senile old bint just wees on the carpet when she feels the need to go, far too cold outside!
 
That doesn't sound too bad.

It's just not really something I expected to happen to such a young dog! Poor girly. I think she's a bit upset about it and especially because she can't sleep on my bed!
