Starch Level in Staypower cubes...

Does anyone know what this is? I am currently feeding low energy winergy and D+H staypower cubes, but can't find the starch levels for them. I am contemplating whether I would eb better off feeding medium Winergy on it's own instead...

The starch level in Staypower cubes is 15.5% and the sugar level is 6%.
