Starting off the flu jab

Can someone remind me how many days from the first one to the second and the second to the third one. Its a long time since I started a course. Thanks

I think it's 4-6 weeks but can't remember properly tbh

2nd Jab is done at 4 weeks then the 3rd 6 months then yearly

6 weeks and then 6 months, then annually after that.

It is done by days. Be careful if you are just working it out by weeks! If you are only one day late you cant compete in affiliated evnts.

I have just had to restart my boys jabs so that I can compete him in RC Team events. Sadly when I first got him at 11 years old he we perfectly up to date (was doing BE) and I was 6 days late once as I didnt realise about these rules.

This year I came to compete in an RC Team and have been told I need to restart his jabs. Very annoying!! and expensive.

2nd jab 21-92 days after 1st

3rd one 150-215 days after 2nd

Annual boosters thereafter (anniversary acceptable)

FEI rules., I believe, require 6 monthly boosters.

Ist primary jab followed by a second no less than 21 & no more than 92 two days after. (Day one is the day after the jab). Third jab no less than 150 no more than 215 days after the second one. Annually thereafter unless (as already stated) competing under FEI rules
