How big is she? Type wise she wouldn't look totally out of place in a SHP class.

Then I would probably go for WHP, jumps not to exceed 95cm in novice 15hh classes.
Rider not to have had their 20th birthday by Jan 1st in the current year.
If she's measuring 14.2 at home with shoes on she may get in as 14hh which would be preferable provided you are age appropriate for that class.

i was considering working hunter, but she’s 18 this year and has started slowing down with the jumping so i was looking for a flat class to do with her

Have a look at the SSADL - turn her out as you would a SHP and then enter the age appropriate classes.

Definitely look at Veterans, i joined VHS rather than SSADL as there's far more shows in 2 hours drive from me than SSADL
