Hi everyone, I know this sounds like a silly question but how do I go about improving my jumping from the heady height of 6 inches...lol. Is it best to get an instructor or just keep edging up the pole until I reach a foot??

Bear in mind Im an old woman on a grumpy welsh man!

I really think you should go for an instructor. The right instructor will help with your confidence no end and before you know it you will be jumping the moon!!! Ok maybe not the moon but you know what I mean!!

If you are new to jumping I'd definitely get an instructor as they will build your confidence and help you creep up the height of the jump as you improve. The height of the jump isn't actually a big issue once you have mastered the basics which is where the instructor comes in. Have fun!

Definately go for instructor - it saves you getting on and off to put the jump up (which is important for us old people

). Also its great having someone to encourage you and give you confidence.

Instructor for sure.

You'll have more fun and more chance of getting it right.

Just in case your cheeky welsh man decides to give you some party tricks to deal with.
