Help please. I want to start up my own pony trekking centre, but don't know where to start/ what i need to do.

Do you have experience with horses and or running a business? And do you have qualifications in either of them?
Do you already have property to set it up on?
Do you have finance and a business plan?
Have you costed through if you can afford it?
