State of cycling in Surrey/SE

This may have already been posted but if not, I wanted to pass on a petition that has been started against the overflow and anti-social behaviour of 'lycra louts' in and around Surrey, and of course again the Prudential yearly road closures. Anyone in the 'affected' areas will know how bad it has got to cycle/ride or do anything in areas that are overrun by cyclists day in day out, and the sportives that appear to have no kind of consideration for locals
