It's been three months since her accident, so I thought I'd make a few short videos to show you all how well she's adapted to life with one eye. I *heart* my Stella so much!

Doing what she does best: playing fetch

And an hour later

Being goofy and trying to instigate chase

And a quick roll in the grass to finish

she is sooooooooo cute and the lack of sight does not seem to make a diference to her finding her beloved ball

I think she does just fine

If it zips by on her right side, sometimes it takes her a while, but she gets there in the end.

I like the roll in the grass best

. What a trooper she is. Nice to see her happy and getting on with life - especially as it seems pretty good from her point of view!

There are a couple of large lakes at the park, one of which is manned by scores of Canadian geese. Stella is sensible enough to keep away from them; she'd much rather roll around in their poo

She's pretty nippy isn't she. How old is she now? Shame you can't track down a flyball club - she looks spot on for it!

She's five-years-old and the video doesn't really show how fast she is. She is *fast* and *utterly* ball obsessed. Hey, you've just reminded me--I have car now (duh!) so I could always drive to one of the flyball clubs outside the city. Off to ivestigate...

I've just checked out my nearest team and they have an English Bulldog and a Pitbull among their ranks. Stella is going to fit right in. Look at that Bully go

Hooray! Look forward to comparing notes. She's great at giving you the ball straight away. Darcy likes to do a little lap of honour out of excitement... then give it back

I like the the bulldog charging down the lane. There were loads of border collies (of course) where we went but also a Labradoodle, Cocker Spaniel and a few I couldn't identify.

They had tiny tennis balls for the small dogs at my training. Made me laugh.
