On account of my jetlag, having been at Badminton over the weekend, we were in Central Park for 5.45 this morning -- two hours before our usual walk!

Two-and-a-half hours later, and how is it that my dog looks pristine while my trainers and pants are absolutely covered in mud?! (PS The collar was one of my many doggie purchases at Badminton -- I think it really suits her

This pond is the one kids sail toy boats in, and then there's the boating lake, with actual rowboats, and then the reservoir, which is circled by the bridlepath (which is where I go riding these days!).

I've been looking for a collar like this for a while. Trouble is, most pet shops in NYC cater to the blinged-out, feather boa kind of pooch.

I just had to post this picture as well. Out of the 10,000 Labs, Springers, Jack Russells and Pointers at Badminton, my BT radar was obviously working and I tracked down three of them, all owned by the same couple. I was so thrilled to meet them, as I've only ever seen one other BT in England!
