Step-Granddaughter lucky to be alive....

Can you get one person to take her on the lead-rein, and another person to take your dog or another horse-friendly dog on the lead with you too?

Pedantic, why on earth would someone be walking along with an airhorn in the first place?!
 
Agree praise her for staying on. Although the road bit was dangerous perhaps tell her how proud u are with brave pony for knowing the way home and bringing her somewhere safe so she understands pony was trying to save them both not just being naughty.
 
As a dog owner (of 4!!) it infuriates me when people allow their dogs to run riot like that!

So many bad things could have happened to your granddaughter but thankfully they did not and she got back safely!

I don't blame her at all for wanting to go out on the lead rein! I would too! All credit to her for sticking on, I don't think I could have!
