For those of you who do this answers please!

Do you use it as a final rinse? in warm water? do you 'soak' the tail in it or just wash the shampoo out with it?

I use Milton tablets on my white tail and use warm/hot water. I wash the tail before hand, throughly rinse and then soak tail for 5-10 minutes. I have heard that Milton isnt supposed to be mixed with other chemicals ie shampoo's but i don't know about Steradent! So actually my post is probably rather pointless! Sorry

It will be ineresting to hear your results, but sorry, I can't help.

I asked ISHY this same question a few days ago and this was her answer:

Do you wash the tail first then soak tail in the bucket with tablets?
*Yes*

How long do you do it for and do you then wash the tail again afterwards and how many tablets do you use?
*8 tablets and soak for 10 miuntes and rinse the tail again *

I haven't tried it yet but bought the steradent (and got some funny looks to boot I'm 22) and got a show next weekend so have to do something pretty soon!!

I use these all the time!! it works a treat,
I wash the tail with a normal shampoo
Hot water Sterident soak
Wash using a purple shampoo
Rinse
Spray with coat conditioner

Its cheap and it works!!
