My poor boy has mild laminitis :( it's steroid induced. Started Friday night at half 5. Shifting his weight and bounding/fast pulses. Calls to the vet and advised stopping the steroids now. Box rest and bute. Saturday there was no changes in the pulses. Today slight change and this evening they have finally come down. Vets out Tuesday. He continues to shift his weight though . My poor boy he is the complete opposite of your typical laminitis:17hh tb!

Bless him, it's random which horses steroids effect in this way, I hope he comes right very soon and tell your farrier, he will notice changes too.
