My mare has unfortunately been diagnosed with an immune disorder pemphigus. She is at the moment on steroids to keep it under control and may well be fit the foreseeable future. One of my friends daughter would like to borrow her to do some pony club rallies ect with her but not quite sure what the rules are about steroid use at such an event. It would only be very low key events and I can easily get information from the vets explaining her condition. Would this be ok do you think?

I can not think of any reason why this would be a problem at rallies or other low key events.
I am sorry to hear that your mare has pemphigus.I am sure that your vet will have explained the danger of steriods longterm to you . So as you are thinking of letting her attend rallies make sure she is reasonably fit and not to plump as horses on steriods are more at risk of stress induced laminitis.
