Sticky Bum anyone??

I need some new sticky bums for showing, can anyone reccomend some for me? My old ones have been washed too much and the grippyness had gone! Ive been looking about and seen a few pairs on the net but not sure if they are any good?? I need them in a soft corn or beige

I got stuck on the saddle with them I prefer suede seat breeches tbh though - bit of slip, bit of grip - a happy medium

I'm with milliepops I prefer ones with a suede seat. I have just got a pair of Equitechs - they are fabby and will be getting more!!

Good heavens that website reads like the scam e-mails that we sometimes see examples of on here. I'd be very wary of ordering from them, especially as I can't find an address - just a phone number.

I always liked the Gorringe ones; have corn/yellow for dr/xc and white for sj.

If you really want sticky bum johds then I would reccommend Caldene - especially for the show ring as they are easy to get really clean and don't bag. Many sticky bum ones go grubby and a bit baggy over time becuase of the stickiness.

But personally I would agree with those useing suede seat johds - I find getting stuck unexpectedly a bit distracting! In which case Pikeur if you have it to splash or caldene again if you want something a bit more reasonable!

I'm another who prefers suede seat! Mountain Horse are actually very smart. I think it's the Isolde ones?

Also Toggi, v. smart but not such heavy material.

Both breeches though, I don't wear jods at all anymore.
