Sticky bums and suede seats

Will sticky bummed riding tights damage a suede saddle seat? I've not ridden in a suede seat saddle before and all my riding tights have a silicone seat. The Small Hairy Tank comes with a rather beautiful Harry Dabbs show saddle that I have the option to buy, I don't want to ruin it before I decide!

I'd not recommend it, even if it doesn't flatten the surface more quickly (it's usually flattened with grease, not worn away, it comes back up unless VERY old) you'll be locked into place way more than any horse would want.
