sticky legs?

is it any good? does it work?
can you just put bandages over the top or should you put those white foamy things (dont know the name!!) underneath?
do you need bandages?
erm... anything else i should know about it?

Funny - I have just (about an hour ago) brought some!

I wanted something to stay cold after an event/hard work, It's says on the tub it stays cold for up to 12 hours, I haven't used it before but it sounds just what I need.

I don't think you need to put anything on top of it, it doen't say they on the directions.

yeah, i found some in our tack room dad had bought... i want to use it for camp coz last year he got a bit stiff from hard work and being in stable so wanted to know if it was any good.... might not use bandages etc...
oh and btw.. test it on a small area first- my friends mum used it once and her horses legs swelled up- it was allergic to it!!
