Does anyone have one of these coats? If so, are they worth the eye watering price tag?

Sick of having cold, wet legs.

I've got one, it's warm and properly waterproof.
I've discovered that I'm not a fan of long riding coats though - you have to tuck the skirt around the front of your legs and when you move/rise to the trot/canter in light seat/turn in the saddle (e.g. to look behind for cars) it'll come untucked. If I was buying again I'd get their short coat and their waterproof trousers instead.

Thank you.

That's helpful to know as the fact it has the skirt is the main reason I am considering one!

No but I have one of these and it's definitely worth the money. There is so much clever detailing that makes it good for riding, and it's properly warm. The sleeves are amazing - for once they are long enough and also have internal cuffs so you can pull the sleeves up (if doing something wet) to get them out of the way and still stay warm down to the wrist. The skirt unzips at the back and you can wrap it around your legs when riding to stay warm to mid-thigh. My only problem is that I want to wear it all the time including to the pub... might need another...

Catch is it is not waterproof.

Depending on what you are doing I'd recommend any of the following:-

Equi-dry lite - covers legs
Rain legs - cover bit of legs that get wet riding
Equetech - 16,000mm long coat - properly waterproof
Decathalon KipWarm - waterproof fleece lined breeches

Super, thank you ? .

Yes, love my Stierna Nova!

Only bought this summer, however had a great test last week on a VERY wet lunchtime hack and it was perfect!
So flattering to wear and it is PROPERLY waterproof which is amazing.

I paid £200 for mine, on offer, instead of £360 RRP and told myself it will be worth it to be dry for winter.
