Are they as good as everyone say before I pay for one!!

Absolutely sick of being wet and we are in September.

I don’t know whether to go for a long or short?
I do have waterproof ish full chaps x

I have the Nova and LOVE it, super expensive but oh so waterproof.... I went for long as I already had a reasonable short jacket/legs option

Ok none of my long jackets are actually waterproof. Showerproof yes but it leaked all up the arms and around seams.
