i have two horses a 16year old belgian warmblood and a 18 month old belgian warmblood cross.
I hope im not being silly here but the 16year old seems to have very tight muscles(knots) in her back and so i thought i would book her in for a massage - first off any information on this would be great. Ive been offered a mctimoney treatment and 30 mins massage for £50 does this sound reasonable?
Also my 18 month old- a comment was made the other day on the yard that from the side his canter looked normal however from behind he looked stiff and he has had a bit of a problem with locking stifle however this is fading away as he grows(which i have been told happens)
Is there a way which i can make sure the movement of my horses is as good as it can be?
my 19 month old does tend to look a bit 'straight legged' when in canter but this doesnt stand out as looking weird:S
All abit fazed on the subject could do with some light on horse movement! will carry on with researching!
