So its pretty clear that my mare has now tweaked her stifle, I have a video I can email anyone if they want to offer extra opinion.
Ive seen how she does it- YO didn't think that it was important to tell me that she has been turning her out on her own and she gallops flat out down the field to a sliding stop to check where the rest of the yard are in their fields. At 19 that is really not helpful!
However is there anything other than rest? I cant box rest her as she will just box walk, have got her in a small paddock so she shouldn't run about too much. Is sound in walk but clearly sore in trot- but will happily canter.
My current plan is rest for two weeks, week long reining in walk on straight lines. Then see how she is?
Anyone else been in the same situation?
