Still muzzling?

yes 1 of my liveries are still in muzzle .

my donkey is still in muzzle my pony is in a coral within the field if i let her in whole field she rubs it of. When i move her coral over to new patch she will be muzzle . normally i take of 1st oct, this year we have too much grass as all animals wearing muzzles means more grass for longer.

Mine is still muzzled because he's just been moved onto the winter grazing & there is plenty of it. I have set up a small paddock & the muzzel will remain on until it have been eaten down. Once that's happened I can increase the size of the paddock & increase the availability of grass as I want. Then I can control his intake & I won't need the muzzel on him them.

To be honest he doesn't worry about the muzzel anyway, he's so used to it. :)

My cob is still muzzled 24/7...just starting to look his nice slim winter weight! They are currently fenced into one half of the field to give the rest a bit of a breather so he may have a few days unmuzzled as they have eaten the grass right down but as soon as they go out onto their winter grazing he will be muzzled again until it turns cold and he shivers off the fat!
