Okay, so we're racking up a gear

. Our house is nearing completion - we're at that stage where it looks awful, but a couple of weeks thrown at it and it will be finished

.

Anyhoo.... we want the following:

Min three acres;
Stables would be good, but not necessary (we can do something);
Three bedrooms;
Location is pretty flexible;
Budget is around £350k (I know that won't buy anything in the Home Counties, but as we're not parituclarly bothered, it's academic

).

So my House Hunting Hounds - go fetch!

Hot choccies with all the trimmings for all those coming up with good and suitable ones - all those over-budget and you have to give me a hot choccie with a flake

No m'duck, not you that's odd

. And no, no ants in pants

. Moved yards to get the right place for all neds (grass, stables) and for us (location, school lol).

Been looking for a place for a couple of years on and off, but now really want to get sorted

. When I work away, I don't want to spend a large percentage of the weekend away from home - D and non-riding daughter are happy to wander out into the yard and bring mugs of coffee, but do not want me spending hours 'at the yard'

I've still got the same man

OOh I am jealous hope you find what you want. My late Auntie had her horses at the bottom of the garden and would nip out and feed them in her jammies.

cant wait until I win the lottery. I'll buzz off now so the house hunters can get stuck in!

2.4 acres, 5 stables and arena (but probably too little in the way of land) Near Wisbech
Large barn (for stables), 3.5 acres but tiddly room sizes in house (smaller than ours and we struggle with 3 of us and all the pony tack/my office), although scope for extending I suppose as low end of budget Near Spalding
56 acres
Northern Ireland any good?
4 beds and 3 acres
Near Kings Lynn
3 beds, 3 acres, plus building plot - need work doing and fencing
Near Downham Market
4 acres, 3 beds, lots of outbuildings but needs fencing/seeding too by the look of it
near Spalding

Haha - that "near spalding" one is a mile up the road from me, in fact on the same road as me, I know it is empty as they have built a brand new house further in the village, so I'd say price is negotiable I'm sure
