Our whole yard is still out 24/7 (except 2 show ponies who are never out 24/7!)!
Some of the 'unriddens' have just started to receive a bit of sugarbeet and chaff but nobody is even putting hay out at the moment.
In previous year's, we've usually been in at night by the first week of October, as the fields have got wet, with hay going out during September as well as the horses getting 2 feeds per day.
Markie is still naked during the day (he's clipped as well) and only in a lightweight overnight. Still on his 'summer' feed regime too. When he comes in, he's not overly interested in his hay so it's obvious there's still plenty of grass.
The fields are bone dry, unless we get a monsoon, or snow, I reckon we're going to get at least another fortnight out. As well as time, the monetary saving from previous years will be at least £50, woohoo!

We usually manage to get to mid November. I don't mind cold dry days. It's when it's cold wet and windy the fields are like bogs and the horses stand at the gate from lunch time! Mine is still naked and on 1 feed a day there is plenty of grass at the moment. I am looking forward to bringing her in when the time starts we have been upgraded to the main yard this year and I'm excited to put her in the new stable :)

Yes, mine is still out too and unrugged. She looks like a muddy hairy yak but still seems quite happy. I'm trying to get some weight off her, which is why the rug is staying off just now. She'll come in at night when the clocks change, but more to suit my routine as I work full time and don't want to bring her in for a feed and put back out again in the dark).
The fields are getting quite muddy now too which is another reason for brining her in at night before too long so her legs can dry out overnight and I can get her keratex powder on.
Not looking forward to when my alarm clock starts going off at 5am :(

Well mine are still at but as of tomorrow they will be the only two. On a yard full of cobs and native ponies my TB and WBxTB will be the only horses on 24/7 turnout. Either I am very mean or people are utterly soft. It isn't even raining yet here and we haven't had a frost. Once it's wet they can come in but whilst it is dry and there is grass I don't see the need!

Yes mine is still out although all her field mates apart from the shetlands are in at night. Last year she was in from the beginning of September so I am loving the extra time off mucking out! She will start coming in once the clocks go back though simply so I don't have to turn her back out in the dark after riding.
