FOr the last 3 weeks I have not received my magazine until SAt, now I am not impressed with this service. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Admin please kick your subscription team up the backside
 
join the p****ed off with H&H club..havent had for 3 weeks and went out and bought one off the shelf yesterday and mine hasnt come again today..going to cancel my sub today and re-subcribe at Olympia and get what ever they offer free I think!!1
 
I subscribed at Blair Athol and mine has only started arriving on Friday's which is annoying as it's in the shops for thursday. Can you cancel? I thought you had signed a contract and had to keep it for 6 months. Or I would cancel too.

I've had problems with mine, didn't get one copy at all and then last weeks didn't arrive until the Saturday and this weeks still hasn't arrived. Did ring up about my missing copy and the subscription team have credited me back for that copy.......
 
I was considering subscribing as it works out cheaper but with all the problems of either arriving late or not at all I don't think I'll bother & keep collecting it on Thursdays at newsagent

Deliveries have of course been affected by the postal workers' dispute. My copy has been 1 day late during this period. Our post can be as late as 1pm so I am hoping that this week's issue will arrive sometime in the next couple of hours.
 
Mine hadn't arrived yesterday but I came out before the post today so hopefully waiting for me when I get home!

I was thinking of cancelling subscription and then re-applying at the lower price + usual free gift - has anyone else done this - how long did it take
