Is anyone else having problems in getting them out to fit saddles?

I phoned them last year, 4 weeks ago, have chased them up twice since and nothing!!!!

The girl said that they are extremely busy, which I appreciate, but this is getting ridiculous now. Another person I know has had the same problem and has given up!

Are they not bothered about losing business?
 
Think I'm going to have to go somewhere else too.

You would think that when you are buying a saddle from them they would try and make an appointment with you...I don't mind if it's weeks later but to not even have the decency to phone you to acknowledge the fact, then it's getting ridiculous.

Most traders are desperate for business but it's as if they don't care. I mean how do you get on their waiting list? It was about August last year I phoned to begin with.
 
I've had them out 3 times in the last 3 months, didn't have to wait long for an appointment at all (hope its not me keeping them busy). And only once to check the fit of a saddle I bought from them, the other two visits were for a saddle I had bought elsewhere - which is another story entirely...
 
I had a similar experience - saddle fitter is really helpful & very nice but appears to have too much to do - However, I don't think I've ever had to work so hard to spend money! I left message after message to try to get some feedback on saddles I was trying.............. asking for a mobile contact number was received as if I was a stalker! Seems like a business with no-one really looking after it. Would suggest you go elsewhere.
 
Loved my saddle and was happy with the service! Wish I was as happy with the horse!

Had them out a few weeks ago to fit my new show saddle. I think there may be a bit of a delay at the moment, as they are a bit flat out due to their shop in Stirling moving as Kildean Market has been sold.

Try phoning Helen at their Edinburgh (Wallyford) shop.
