I absolutely LOVE my new dressage saddle, but as it's calfskin I have to use very soft stirrup leathers with it. The lady in Holmestead kindly gave me a pair of soft leathers for free with it, and they're very nice, but after just one use I've noticed that they're already marked and I think that they'll stretch easily

So, does anyone have any recommendations for a nice pair of soft, non-stretch stirrup leathers that will last?

For my calf skin saddle I use calf skin leathers by Passier, really soft , haven't as yet stretched , and nor have they marked my saddle.

There are quite a few about, depends what size and colour you are after, but we have the Bates ones which are v soft and nice, I have the JW ones on my jump saddle but they are that purply colour so I'm sure not what you are looking for.

Passier or Jaguar. I love Jag ones as they have a special buckle which means there is no bulk under your leg
