stirrup leathers - what do you think?

Would you buy foreign leather stirrup leathers (Found some for £6.99, 48" length, they are full leather)?
I'm concerned they might be rubbish coz they're so cheap.

Would it be better to buy synthetic as I don't want them to be too expensive? Have a full leather saddle tho!

Personally I wouldn't buy the foreign leather ones but that's not to say that they wouldn't be okay. No idea re synthetic ones tbh.

ive bought plenty of foreign leatherwork and its always been fine, just look after it and keep an eye on it!

What is the down side to the foreign ones. I've heard people say they only buy english leathe but don't know why.
Should be such an easy decision, took ages to decide which length, not stuck on which material!
