stirrups leathers

hello, was looking for some suggestions! at present i have wintect synthetic leathers on my saddle and they are very tough and stiff,not very easy to adjust when on board! so looking to swtich to some leather ones, bout £40 mark, any suggestions?? thanks

I think the Stubben ones come up at about 40 quid, but some nice ones to be found on ebay.
