Looking for inspiration for a stock pin, i will be needing 2, one for dressage and one for hunting - am thinking a gold fox one for hunting and maybe a silver plain one for dressage.
Can i see pics of everyones stock pins please :)

Ooooooo been browsing for them online, really love the unusual and antique ones, i may have to start collecting them :)

Liked it because it's a bit different :) £12.95 including postage from Ebay.

Thats really different :) lovely, is it an antique?
I love old things, love hearing about where they came from, who owned them and what the items have seen.
I missed out on a antique 9 carot gold fox mask stock pin yesterday, gutted, was on ebay and i forgot all about it - it only went for £9 :(

Ooooh, sychnant, I love yours :)

I don't have a pic but I bought mine at an antiques sale, so I think it's an old tie pin. It's a tarnished silver (dull rather than shiny IYKWIM) with points at each end, square with a small square amethyst in the middle. Purple and silver are some of my favourite colours so it suits me, but isn't too flash! I wear it for showing or dressage, though I usually wear a giant silver safety pin for jumping or hunting as I don't like gold. My proper pin is far too flash for hunting as it's very vulgar to have something too OTT ;)

Yes am looking for an antique one for hunting, a plain one with a small fox head :) something a bit more exciting for dressage though :D

I have a straight bar cheap one for any activity where i might lose it!

I have a gold hunting whip which is dragged out for more sedate activities such as dressage or showing. My uncle was a jeweller and had it commissioned but the person never collected so i got it!:)
