Stolen horse??!!

I get it, Zero posted "one of krissy's)", to which the OP posted "who" and then zero must have posted a surname maybe, and said the horse belongs to this person?????

Definitely seems it! Horse was happy this morning, no damage done to the yard and neighbors have been asked to call us if anyone tries to enter the yard who shouldn't be there (have to go through a small house estate to get to the yard gates which have 4 houses wither side) and the only call we got was that 3 of the horses jumped the fence to get into the summer field last night :') So we've got people keeping an eye out when we're not there, as well as CCTV cameras and double locking on the gates. Haven't heard anything else threatening, and the good girl had her first mingle with the rest of the horses today and had the time of her life rolling in the icky squishy mud ugh ugh ugh

Glad its looking good. Have fun with her.

Valentine, Tal is hers

no she's not lmao, Krissy's been my friend for 5 years, I was her stable hand until she moved to Egypt, she now lives in France. I know all her horses, this horse isn't one of hers. Krissy and her horses weren't even in this country when this horse was born.

Zero0000 I really think conversations like that should take place by PM. It's not acceptable to say anything which might identify someone who may not want to be. :(

I think Zero's been snooping mine and my friends facebooks, considering the surname given isn't her surname, it's just a name she uses on facebook, and my horse and one of hers have very similar, almost identical markings, though they are different breeds. I think zero's seen that and is saying that it's Krissys horse -.-

No idea of the validity of this thread but, going back to the original query/ problem, just remember it is illegal to seek a horse without a passport but not illegal to buy one! Therefore the people who were claiming the OP stole it wouldn't have a leg to stand on as (a) OP had a receipt of sale (b) the claimant has no previous passport to back up this claim and (c) if the police dI'd agree it was their horse, they have broken the law not having it passporting in the first place PLUS my understanding was all horses born these days had to be microchipped by a certain age (ie before 2 yo anyway). I pretty much think traveller types are unlikely to pursue anything along the 'stolen' line given how much trouble it would be! Plus if said horse went 'walkabout' now you'd have a pretty good idea who's got it! :-)

You've bought a 2yo as a first horse?

The first one to buy myself, yes, however I've been handling horses for 13 years.
And before the drama starts again about "you've handled horses for 13 years and didn't know you needed a passport to buy", No, I didn't, the horses I've worked with have all been removed from neglect sites, so are brought to the centre without passports, all I knew was they needed passporting, like the rescues are passported under the centre's name

I wouldn't rise to the bait, tal, everything you said there has been said in the thread before and is there to see if people bothered to read it. No point wasting your breath (fingers?!) repeating it just because people want to pick fights.
