I don't know these people, but the posters are everywhere around here and it's breaks my heart.

It also terrifies me, that the people must have know they had a puppy and where they lived in order to steal it.

In a previous job one of my tasks used to be to monitor a local newspaper site as it had taken it upon itself to post constant stories on an extremely contentious issue.

The comments were absolutely unbelievable, made me quite depressed about humanity sometimes!

I don't think that people have to register to post these comments like you do on a forum so there is no comeback for these kind of remarks.
